Features
12 types of LED lamps
The lineup includes “VT20,” equivalent to a 160W ballast-free mercury lamp, and “VT40,” equivalent to 250W–300W ballast-free mercury lamps.
Each series is available with wide-angle and narrow-angle beam distributions, as well as daylight (white) and warm white light colors.
With the addition of a black color option for the wide-angle type, the lineup now consists of a total of 12 models.
Five types of arms
In addition to the most versatile “L arm”, the space-saving “Straight arm”, and the “Direct-mount flange”
with no projection, the lineup also includes the “T arm” designed exclusively
for top-surface mounting and the “SS arm,” a shorter version of the straight arm.
This expanded selection makes the system suitable for an even wider range of installation sites.
One-company solution
There is no need to source the lamp, holder, and arm separately as before.
ViewTron features an all-in-one integrated design, allowing ordering,
delivery schedules, and warranty to be simplified under a single supplier.
In today’s environment of rising shipping costs, this approach also helps reduce overall costs.
Fast installation
There is no need for troublesome assembly work such as routing wiring
and assembling components from separate boxes containing the lamp, holder, and arm.
ViewTron is fully pre-assembled with wiring already in place and is delivered ready to use.
Simply remove it from the box and install it immediately, significantly reducing installation time.
Available in both white and black
In addition to the widely used and versatile white body color, a black body option—
which pairs well with Japanese-style designs and wood-themed aesthetics—has been newly added.
Please note that the black body is available only for the wide-angle type.
Standardized telescopic arms
Both the L arm and the straight arm are equipped as standard with a telescopic mechanism,
allowing the arm length to be adjusted between approximately 500–900 mm.
This standard feature accommodates on-site requests such as reducing the projection by an additional 20 cm.
The arm pipes are made of high-spec stainless steel for enhanced durability and performance.
Highly resistant to rust
For the ViewTron arm pipes, stainless steel is used as the standard material instead of iron.
By placing the highest priority on environmental durability and sparing no cost,
we have focused on achieving excellent resistance to rust.
Certified and passed various tests
As this product is intended for use on high-mounted signboards,
it complies with and has passed the following certifications and tests:
Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (PSE), IP65 (waterproof and dustproof test),
vibration resistance test (IEC 60068-2-6), and salt spray test (ISO 9227).
